Zingato is a technology-driven hyperlocal delivery platform developed and operated by Badabajar IT Solution, a digital solutions company based in Patna, Bihar. The platform is designed to connect customers with local restaurants, grocery stores, and daily-essentials vendors through a fast, reliable, and easy-to-use mobile application and website.

The Zingato platform serves three distinct groups of users:
For Customers
Customers can use the Zingato app to order food from local restaurants and home kitchens, shop for groceries and daily essentials from nearby stores, track their orders in real time, and pay conveniently through UPI, digital wallets, debit or credit cards, or cash on delivery.
For Vendor and Restaurant Partners
Zingato offers restaurant and vendor partners an affordable subscription-based model rather than charging a commission on every order. This allows local businesses to retain a larger share of their revenue. Partners receive a dedicated business profile within the app, access to an online ordering system, delivery management tools, marketing and promotion support, and a direct channel to a growing local customer base.
Subscription plans are available starting at Rs. 999 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new partners. This makes Zingato one of the most cost-effective delivery platforms available for small businesses in India.
For Delivery Partners
Zingato is building a local delivery network by engaging delivery partners from within the communities it serves. Delivery partners benefit from flexible working hours, weekly earnings payouts, performance-based incentives, and on-ground support. We treat our delivery partners as valued members of the Zingato network, not merely contract workers.

Our Technology
The Zingato platform is designed, built, and maintained by Badabajar IT Solution. Our technology stack includes a consumer-facing mobile application available on Android, a vendor dashboard for order and inventory management, a delivery partner application for route and assignment management, and a central administration panel for operations oversight.
Our systems are built with a focus on performance, reliability, and ease of use for users who may be accessing digital services for the first time. We regularly update and improve the Platform based on user feedback and operational insights.
Why Zingato
Unlike many large delivery platforms that charge restaurants a commission of 20 to 30 per cent on every order, Zingato operates on a fixed subscription model. This means restaurants can plan their costs with certainty and keep more of their earnings.
